Mahayogaraj guggulu is a Guggulu based tablet preparation, prepared out of herbal mineral ingredients, having wide action in different systems.

Indication: Used in multiple conditions according to the adjuvant in  musculoskeletal disorders, urinary system related problems, digestive system related complaints, respiratory system related disorders, arthritis, rheumatic complaints, skin diseases, diabetes,infertility, piles, fistula, anemia, obesity, eye disorders  and used as immune modulator.

Dose : 500 mg to 1 grams Two times a day after food along with adjuvant(Anupana) as per the diseases.

Adjuvant(Anupana): In Vatarogas along with rasnadi kashayam, pittajaroga along with kakolyadi kashayam, kaphajarogas along with aragwadadi kashayam, meha along with darvyadi kashayam, pandu along with gomutra, medovridhi along with honey, kusta along with nimbadi kashayam, vatarakta along with guduchi kashayam, in shotha and shula along with pippali churna, visha along with patola kwatha, netraroga along with triphala kwatha, udararoga along with punarnavadi kwatha.

Side effects: No known side effects, Contains few metals and mineral ingredients hence it should be used under medical supervision.

Method of preparation of Kashayam: Fine powder of all ingredients mixed with guggulu and pounded along with ghee till whole mixture becomes soft mass. Prepare the tablets of 500 mg or 1 grams and dry under shade.

Method  of Storage: Stored in airtight container in dry place.

Ayurvedic Properties of Mahayogaraj Guggulu:

Roga karma: Sarvavatarogas, kusta, arsha, grahani, prameha, vatarakta, nabishula, bhagandara, udavarta, kshaya, gulma, apasmara, urugraha, mandagni, shwasa, kasa, aruchi, shukradosha, rajodosha, vandya, medovriddi, pandu, vatarakta, shotha, shula, visha, netraroga and udararoga.

Dosha karma: Tridoshahara

Agni karma: Deepana

Other karmas: Rasayana, Vrashya.
