Kanchanara guggulu is a Guggulu based tablet preparation,  prepared out of herbal ingredients.

Indication: Lymphadenitis, chronic lympadenopathy, benign cyst, malignancy, obesity, ulcer, skin diseases, fistula in ano, sinusitis, hypothyroidism.

Dose : 500mg to 1 grams Two times a day after food along with water, mundi kwatha, khadira kwatha, haritaki kwatha, triphala decoction or adjuvant(Anupana) as per the diseaseas.

Side effects: No known side effects, Over dose may induce gastric irritation. Use this medicine under medical supervision.

Method of preparation of Kashayam: All herbal ingredients are finely powdered and mixed with guggulu. Then pounded well by adding ghee till it forms soft mass. Prepare the tablets of 500mg or 1 grams and dry under shade.

Method  of Storage: Stored in airtight container in dry place.

Ayurvedic Properties:

Roga karma: Gandamala, apache, arbuda, granthi, vrana, gulma, kusta and bhagandar.

Dosha karma: Kaphapittahara.

Agni karma: Deepana and pachana.

Other karmas:Lekhana, granthihara
